About Kenya eVisa

Kenya introduced the eVisa system in 2015 that allows travelers to apply for and obtain a visa online before traveling to Kenya, making the visa application process easier and enhancing efficiency at the entry points. The electronic visa system aims to facilitate easier and faster visa processing for visitors to Kenya.

At the moment, Kenya eVisa only has four type of eVisa, which called:

• Tourist eVisa: This visa is valid for 90 days from the date of arrival allowing travelers to stay within 90 days with single entry for tourism purposes.
• Business eVisa: Tourists who visit Kenya for business purposes can obtain this visa for staying within 90 days with single entry during the 90-day validity period.
• Transit eVisa: This eVisa will help tourists to transit to Kenya for 3 days as long as you prove to have a next destination flight ticket.
• East Africa eVisa: This visa will allow you to Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda for 90 days with multiple entries.

We have developed an efficient online platform designed to simplify the visa application process, significantly reducing the time and effort required compared to obtaining a traditional visa. Travelers have the option to choose from three processing times for their eVisa:

• Normal: The application will be processed within 3 business days.
• Urgent: The processing time is approximately 2 business days.
• Super Urgent: This expedited process will be completed within 1 business day.

To ensure a smooth application process, travelers are advised to apply for an eVisa at least one week in advance. However, it's important to note that not all nationalities are eligible for this type of visa.
